What it costs
You see the price and the saving together
Every piece of work has a fixed price, agreed before you commit. We show the saving we expect next to it, so you can judge the value for yourself.
After the free chat you get a written price for the review. After the review you get a written price for each thing worth building, with the expected saving beside it. You only go ahead if the numbers make sense to you.

- Updates as the AI tools change
- The next job worth handing over, as it appears
- A short note every month or two on what changed and what it saved

All prices exclude VAT. Larger businesses and jobs that connect several systems may cost more. The AI provider’s own charges, if any, are shown separately.
What affects the price
How tidy your information is
This matters more than anything to do with AI. If your information lives in one place and someone looks after it, tools are quick to build. If it is spread across spreadsheets and inboxes, much of the work is tidying it first.
How many systems we have to connect
Linking your email, accounts and booking system takes more work than one tool on its own. We count them at the review so there are no surprises.
How many people will use it
Taking one person's weekly job off their plate is a small project. Changing how a whole team works takes more planning and training, and we price it that way.
The AI provider's own charges
Some tools pay the AI provider a small fee each time they run. We show this separately and pass it on at cost, because the providers change their prices.
How we keep the decision in your hands
The review is useful whether or not you buy anything else. You get the findings and a short written summary that you own, and you can take it to another firm.
We do not quote a build until the review is done, because before that we would be guessing, and guesses are how projects end up over budget.
Ongoing support can be cancelled whenever you like. If it stops being worth it, it should stop.
Questions to ask any AI consultancy, including us
If you are talking to a few firms, ask them all these. The answers will tell you more than the proposals will.
- 01How much time or money do you expect this to save, and how will we measure it?
- 02Is the price fixed, and what is not included?
- 03Who owns what you build, and can someone else look after it?
- 04Where does our information go, and can you put that in writing?
- 05What happens if the thing you build stops working?
- 06Have you ever told a client not to do the project?
