How we work

Four steps to being more efficient

  1. OneWeek 0

    A conversation, not a pitch

Thirty minutes. You tell us where the time goes. We tell you whether we think there is anything worth doing.

  2. TwoWeeks 1–2

    The review

A focused look at how your team really works, to find the jobs where AI would save the most time. You get a short written summary with rough prices for the best ideas.

  3. ThreeWeeks 3–8

    We build it

Only if the review shows it is worth it. We build the first tool, set it up on your accounts and train your team. If it is not worth doing, we say so.

  4. FourAfter launch

    We keep it working

We look after it and help you find the next thing to save time on. Optional, and you can stop whenever you like.

Why us

Practical help from people you can ring

You are busy running a business. We keep it simple, we keep our word on price, and we hand over something your team can actually use.

  • Built around how you work

We learn your process first. The tools fit your business, not the other way round.

  • Plain English, always

No jargon and no big claims. We say what we will do and what it should save.

  • You own what we build

It runs on your accounts, and we tell you exactly what it is made from.

  • Fixed prices

You see the price and the expected saving before you commit to anything.

  • Training included

Your team is shown how to use it, and who to call if something stops working.

  • A small team

You deal with the same people from the first chat to the handover.

The evidence

Most small businesses have not started yet

Official figures show AI use growing fast, and still well short of where it could be for smaller firms.

35%

of UK businesses with 10+ staff now use AI

Up from around 12% in September 2023, so use has nearly tripled in under three years.

Source: ONS, Business Insights and Conditions Survey, June 2026

16%

of businesses with 5+ staff use AI

In a separate government survey, most smaller businesses have not started yet. That is the opportunity.

Source: DSIT, AI Adoption Research (fieldwork Feb–May 2025)

56%

of businesses using AI saw productivity rise

Over half of firms using AI said their employees became more productive after adopting it.

The two surveys cover different businesses and were run at different times, so the figures should not be compared directly.

What it costs

Questions

Straight answers

What if there is nothing worth automating?

Then we tell you, and you have not spent much to find out. It is better to learn that at the start than after a build.

Do we need to be technical?

No. You tell us how the work gets done, in your words. We handle the technical side and explain everything in plain English.

How quickly will we see a saving?

Typically the first tool is working within three to eight weeks of agreeing the work. We show you the expected saving up front, so you know what to look for.

Is our business information safe?

We set things up on your own accounts and tell you in writing where your information goes before you sign anything. Where it must stay in-house, we keep it in-house.

Who owns what you build?

You do, including the instructions and settings. We tell you exactly what it is built with, so you or anyone else can look after it without us.

Are you tied to one AI provider?

No. We show the AI provider’s charges separately and build so the provider can be swapped later. Prices in this market change fast.

How small is too small?

There is no minimum size. If a few jobs take up hours of your week, it may be worth a chat. If it is not worth it yet, we will say so.
